Thanks for the offer - I have already arranged something with Javier. Thanks anyway. Ah, he has many things up his sleeves.

Freestylers with their album "We Rock Hard". "The Dark Side", "B-Boy Stance" and "We Rock Hard" to test the SHP5401. It actually needs more amplification than I expected and sounds better than I thought it would. Time for Rage Against The Machine...

I'm a real fan of only 2 performing artists: one is Kate Bush, the other one is Raymond Van Het Groenewoud. If this man would sing in English, he would have been an international hit. But then again, a lot of his wonderful (Flemish) lyrics would be lost. He's a razor sharp observers of people and their behavior, habits and small treats and this shows in his lyrics (and binding texts during live performance).
This song gives me goosebumps every single time. It seems to be a favorite of many Flemish souls but in this case that fact doesn't bother me. If you listen, then sit back and enjoy the whole five minutes, theirs a strong instrumental part the second half.

It's finally in, right now Shpongle's "Are You Shpongled?" is playing. I am listening through the K500 and I do understand the influence this album had on Trance music, layers and samples...

Arvo Pärt's "The Very Best Of..." by EMI Classics. I bought the 2010 double album. There is this strange sadness inherent to the music. The compositions, orchestral and choral display a darker mood than I expected. There is so much dynamic range in these recordings that I can add a bit of volume with the K500. Getting acquainted with this music will take some time...

B.B.E.'s album "Games" which for a Trance album is more diverse than I expected. It is by no means the complex and joyful sensation "Are You Shpongled?" is but it is still interesting in its own way. This one needs a second listen...
