Ha, ha, ha, going home early as boss still in 911 land. So ............. another of my favourite albums Mind you just a supposedly rip from an analog CASSETTE with the inherent additional stages and ADC and the sound is already so vibrant. Of course, you can hear some tape problem, hiss, distortion and some high roll off. But just hear thru that to the muzak. This was supposedly ripped from a CD with bit perfection. You be the judge which you prefer.

Right now Dewolff's "Orchards/Lupine", quite a throwback to Deep Purple Mark I, Uriah Heep, Blues and trippy sixties/seventies Rock. Soon some CAN to listen to. I started digging again...

Another of my favourite albums. Now in remastered hirez and blasting away this Sat early morning. Yup, the lead singer had already killed himself long time ago. Of course, over HP, you expect the police to come to be my pals? Wow, it never sounded any better. Just like listening to the master tape in the studio! Only thing that will kill this will be the 45rpm. I look forward to one coming out.

Lefties Soul Connection's "Hutspot", Dutch Funk with a raw undubbed and unrefined sounding sound. Their cover of DJ Shadow's "Organ Donor" is i.m.o. more intense and pleasant than the original. I love my Monitor 10...
