Many thanks Alex
Im using it for an X-Dac v3 so i'll leave in the 330ohm resistor then.
do i replace the resistor with some wire instead or simply leave this part of the circuit out since i'm not using it?
Many Thanks Duncan Vella

Many Thanks Duncan Vella Hi Duncan You can leave out the 7805,associated capacitors (47uF and 10uF) and the 100 ohm 5W . If you need a front panel indicator LED for the PSU, you could try my other suggestion .The link will be between the 2 outer PCB holes meant for the 7805.(Without the LED connected you will see around +21V across these 2 terminals) Regards Alex
