Using 6N6P in X-Cans

Hi,
Did anybody try to use Russian valve 6N6P ( 6н6п ) in MF X-Cans amplifier ?
As I have known 6N6P has same pin layout as 6922 - e88cc tubes but differ in heater current ( 750 mA - 6,3 V against 300 mA ... ) .
Is it possible to put ( or better to say use ) this tube without any modification in electrical part ?
As for metallic case of amplifier I've drilled holes just under valves for good ventilation couple of years ago so this new tube could be located inside .
I highly appreciate any advice or opinion.
