But there is no reason currently to use USB 3.0 for audio Hi John Apparently a few are already trying it,(someone in RG too ?) because of it's higher speed, and in the not too distant future you may not have too many USB 2.0 ports left to play with ? I haven't tried it with a 3.0 capable Corsair and the JLH PSU because of the present lack of USB 3.0 panel mounting sockets, as well as it being much harder to disable Vbus at the PC end of a USB 3.0 cable. Allan Check out the "Interesting white paper from intel on USB noise" thread in the General Forum area of C.A. where an E.E. has shown from personal experience that the problem isn't just an Intel beat up. Alex P.S. I try to avoid direct links to C.A. wherever possible, as they then appear at the bottom of the C.A. thread as being linked from here.
