Are their any good crossfeed boxes for my headphone out that will emulate open air monitoring? One that doesn't compromise the original audio signal.

Hi James,

Generally, the crossfeed will be inline with your source output.... source out > crossfeed in - Crossfeed out > amp in.

The Meier crossfeed gives minimal insertion loss (a "slight" loss of volume) and is also pretty subtle.
