Has anybody been able to encode from .wav to .flac using the .flac commandline ? I can decode from flac to .wav, but not encode to .flac (W7/32) I have tried using Foobar 2000 and it works both ways, but the .wav output files do not have matching checksums to the original .wav files when converted to .flac then back again to .wav Alex

Hi Will I have the latest version . and it worked O.K. in XP. I can't get it to encode when using W7 32. There is a momentary flash of the black progress screen, and that's all. I have trieed different compatability methods. Alex

Alex, I've just made a quick test with the Flac Frontend in W7 32 (wav -> flac>) and it worked fine. Have you tried using the command line mode to see if it gives any error?
