Happy Now! This is where I want to be. Custom rear headphone jack on V3 fitted By Mike no cable clutter !! That is really neat Lloyd I can't understand how you actually get in to plug the 'phones in though?...... The "front panel" appears to be the most appropriate place to plug the 'phones into.... I can understand the "wire free" concept but where are you listening to the 'phones? Inside the wall?

Lloyd, Is that a magnifying glass sitting on top of the printer? I need one of those too.... my arms are just not long enough to read the small print these days.... hopefully, as we evolve, our arms will extend as we get older to compensate for our close vision deficiencies.... I reckon we should all evolve into something like this over the next century..... Mike So the T-Rex (Tyrannosaurus rex) was very short sighted, that explains the arms ;D Allan

I can understand the "wire free" concept but where are you listening to the 'phones? Inside the wall? All My music is on the computer and I tunes sound check is disabled.I frequently have to adjust volume as I play random tracks .All I have to do is move my left hand to the left and I can adjust volume to suit. Before you fitted jack to the rear my hand would knock the protruding headphone jack. This makes it a joy to use and a cleaner look to. There is a hole in the bottom of the unit and all cables are fed through this. The shelves do not go all the way to the back of the unit so there is plenty of room for cables and air circulation. I leave phones plugged in and cable runs under desk and exits where I sit .Phones hang on hook to left when not in use
