Hi there
After successfully modding my X-Can V2, I decided to have a go at my KW DAC (1/2 of the two box CD player)
The last mod I have done is fit LME4562HAs in the I/V and amp stages. They are ok, but I have read a bit about decoupling the voltage rails, so I have fitted a Silmic II 4.7uF to each opamp.
Have I done this correctly? I thought that I was on the right path with a single cap across the V+ and V- legs, but should have I in fact put two caps in - one across the V+ and Out and the V- and Out. Of course is the second topology is correct then I am assuming that I need four caps if I am using both opamps in the same package?!
I have some 0.1uF MKP caps to fit under the board when I can get a day to pull it out....
cheers
Simon

Dodgy,
You did it right. Putting a small cap between + and - dc rails is a praxis that is recommended by some. DIY community uses this technique often.
