I think the biggest problem is that so few of us have an M1.

I think the biggest problem is that so few of us have an M1. And because so much cheaper and known good alternatives are around. Just think of Neco BOSSFET/MOSFET, Panda, AUNE and matrix m-stage etc. Jamicon caps inside an amp that costs about twice what a BOSSFET would cost? The matrix m-stage is also an amp that is missing on the forum. So far, the only one who bought a matrix m-stage was Krisno. Soon after that he has left the forum. The m-stage is also quite expensive and Neco, Panda, AUNE are much better values IMO. I'd like to hear more from the M1 though. I won't buy one (FOR SURE), but I'm interested how it competes against the other amps. At least regarding the SQ. The price is "out of competition" though...

I'm amazed what I get from a modded V-Can Christian. About half the cost of an M1 with a Little Pinkie. I think RG is good at value for money so we're all a bit loathe to pay out that kind of money. You know you're slowly beating me down with talk of the Bosfet!! Ian

Isn't M1 a motorway? Shouldn't we talking about a V16?
