USB trouble

Why won't my PC not use my USBamps (V8 and Ibasso D10), it makes the "badam" when I plug it in but that is all that happens..

My keyboard and mouse that are connected by USB works fine..

I had to format my HD the other day because of some nasty virus or something that fcked up my PC, do I miss a driver ??

I have installed everyrthing that has a setupfile on my CD, it has been working fine in the past but now, it just don't want to play ball

I can't seem too figure this one out by myself

Never mind it seemed that the 35. try did the job..

Strange world this PC thing is.
