"Superb"
Oh yes! That's one of those great pieces that digs deep into your psyche.
This is another favourite of mine, as most recently used to good effect in the movie Master & Commander (though not the best performance of it I've heard).
This always moves me in a really sad way, a good rendition can actually extract a tear or two, strange the power of music.
On a lighter note (totally puntastic) Nimrod reminds me, by name only, of Nimrodel. Not classical but definitely a classic.

Wow, I almost dropped dead on hearing this from the Razer Megalodon gaming headphone. The bass from this will shake many rooms, man, when played loud! Btw, only this track like this or the whole album is like this. If only one track, can rip this for me in wav format from your CD for my reference? Thanks.

being as though our Thanksgiving is upon us this Thursday, I had to bust out the Arlo Guthrie . for those that don't know this song you have to listen to the whole 18 plus minutes of it the concert is in the very church referenced in the song. it is like tradition for many I know here in America to listen to this song on thanksgiving day. I hope someone else does, can, will enjoy it as much as I , i get a real kick out of it. the first the audio is not as clear as the second two, which someone illustrated these two are the song split into 2 parts, some has drawn pics to go with the story, its clever. Enjoy illustrated part 1 illustrated part 2 listening tonight to the X-Can v3 and superlux 668b, same as last night and btw , I am very much liking this combo. oh and also with the akg velo pads. nice

The Detektivbyran track managed made me curious enough to check the rest of the album. Unfortunately it seems to have a music box fixation which dominates the first half of most tracks, making a little too repetitive for me. I like this pair of danes, for obvious reasons. I also dare you not to like the video
