Hi,
First post and all that.........
I have my X-CANS v3 connected via the tape output loop from my Tri-Vista 300 amp. I was wondering if it was possible to put my X-10 v3 buffer in between. Have any of you tried this? If so,
Will it work without damaging anything?
Does it have any sonic benefits?
I will be interested in your views. I`m not that technically minded, so I am reluctant to try this without advice!

Try by yourself with and without this buffer and then you will see what suits you better ...

I always intended to try it and make my own mind up, just wanted to be sure that I wouldn`t blow anything up! I have used the X-10 between the CD and amp, but it is now redundant as I use a Tri-Vista DAC (which apparently has the same output stage as the X-10). Really, I was just wondering if it would have any effect at all between the amp and the X-Can. I`ll try it at the weekend and let you know what I think. Maybe I`ll also try it between my X-LPS and the amp as well, don`t know if that will do anything, but I`ll soon know! Thanks for the advice, it is good to know there are other MF fans/users out there (I would have been slaughtered by the MF bashers for this on some forums I could think of!!!)
