need screws that go on v2

i lost that screw that goes on the jacks and i don't want to waste money calling foreigners. any idea what screw to get? i need one or two of the others too.

Don't have it in front of me now, but I'd guess at 5mm M4, pan head wood screw, pref. black and cross drive.
