Latency Checker

Nothing is more aggravating (OK,some things maybe but this is close) than listening to music on the computer and just as you are getting into it the damn thing hiccups for NO apparent reason.
Imagine if you are having a conversation,one you are getting deep into,you are about to make a killer point and "_______"
Nothing comes out ! It is as if someone came up and busted you right in the damn throat preventing you from making any sounds at all !
Talk about getting pissed
That is how i feel when the computer does it.It is as if someone,somewhere took it upon themself to decide WHEN AND WHERE i should listen to music with that "Someone" being all the crap in the background of every computer that may be up front about it but many times like a snake laying in the weeds ready to pounce on your dumb unsuspecting ass is so deeply buried you don't even know it is there until you get the "__________" silent treatment.
So I came across this really cool tool that does a latency check to let you know just "WTF is going on here dammit !" and being free PLUS well documented a no brainer for download and why i thought to share it here.
