I recently purchased a music fidelity X-can V2. The seller had 10 Panasonic FC 35V 1200 uF caps and reflector tubes in the amp.
I think the current FC caps might be OK, but is it safe to use 10 35V 1500 uF, 1800 uF or 2200 uF caps in the top boards? So basically the higher capacitance the better? Those capacitors have larger sizes. I found a "fat" version (diameter 18mm height 20mm), regular version (diameter 16mm height 250mm) and a "thin but tall" version (diameter 12.5 mm height 40 mm). I wonder which will fit into the case. Thanks
