Don't overdo it thugh for ur hearing health. I agree ith Miguel at soft levels.

With my K701 I used to listen to -62dB provided the source put out 2.2 V/rms. I listen at very low volumes. Girls blouse!  |

Using Sennheiser HD650s, I usually have the volume at 46dB but, if I'm feeling naughty, I nudge it up to 40dB! haha With most of the songs I listen to, 46dB is already quite loud for me.
