Little Pinkie v3 cable upgrade

I have been experimenting further with the Little Pinkie v3i in an attempt to extract even more performance out of it and the latest improvement is not to be found inside the Little Pinkie, it's on the umbilical cord that connects between Little Pinkie and X-ponent. A specially selected snap on ferrite core.
Why will this improve SQ I hear you ask? Well, they suppress and attenuate Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) and other noise that is present in the cable. The cable is already fully shielded and is highly effective in stopping EMI and RFI from entering but the addition of the snap on ferrite core really ensures that any RFI on the cable line is stopped dead in it's track and doesn't find its way into your X-CAN or other X-ponent resulting in cleaner power which inevitably means clearer audio. The ferrite cores I have chosen attenuate from 10MHz upward.
I have been listening and believe the clamps result in much better bass definition, a slightly deeper soundstage and subtle improvements in macro detail. There is more clarity and a better degree of transparency. Obviously the improvements will be better the worse the RFI / EMI is in your area.... it's not too bad where I am but I can still detect an overall improvement.
The clamps have been selected to be a tight fit on the Little Pinkie Umbilical cord and here they are in position:
Ready to go on (a simple case of snapping into position)
In situ
Amazing little devices... clip them on and sit back and enjoy the music
I find the most effective placement is just before the Neutrik DIN plug that plugs into the X-Ponent, of course you can experiment here and find the position that suits your ears best. This works, have no doubts about that, I wouldn't mention it if it didn't make an improvement to the overall sound........ I will be supplying these as standard on all Pinkie umbilical cords from here on in and the price increase from £85 to £90 reflects this as well as the other changes I have made to the Little Pinkie.
Current Little Pinkie owners are free to source their own ferrite cores or they can order the ones I have chosen for the purpose (they are a perfect fit on the Pinkie umbilical cord) for the princely sum of £2.99 each and that includes postage and packing if you're in the UK. If you're in Europe / ROW there will be a £1.50 postage and packing charge. I can also provide snap on cores that are a perfect fit for the stock MF wallwart cable and "yes" they do a good job on it too though nowhere near as good as Little Pinkie / snap on core combo but if you can't afford a Pinkie then it's a bloody good "musical" upgrade to your wallwart.
EDIT: These guys also work miracles clipped onto the totally "naked" (unshielded) Graham Slee PSU/1 bellwire.
