Your chance to win a quite unique Little Pinkie v3. This was the last v3 I made before going over to the v3 i and is quite different to the rest in that it is vented below, above and at the front.... this was how I was thinking of proceeding before going with the custom transformer but way too time consuming cutting holes out and fitting mesh. Anyways, to be in with a chance of winning this Little Pinkie I'd like you to tell me what you like about your small x-series component whether it be the X-CAN v3, X-10 v3, X-DAC v3 or X-LPS v3. Why did you buy it? what do you like about it? Remember, the Little Pinkie will power all the small X-Series range to their best ability so get writing now! This puppy could be at the business end of your x-series component just for writing a few words! The winner will be announced on the 15th October. I'm not looking for anything in particular, the write up that makes me think "that's the winner" gets the prize.... whether that write up is a sentence long or a small book.... it could even be a poem! i feel like i need to make this clear,initially i bought a MUSICAL FIDELITY X10v3 & XPSU together & yes they did take away that digital harshness from most recordings but at a price.only after purchasing the PINK FLOYD upgrade kit for the X10 v3 did the sound start to reveal itself.by using the upgrade kit you definetely got the WOW factor that initially i thought i was going to get with the M.F. x10v3,don't get me wrong the M.F.x10v3 is a nice piece of kit [more so in its appearance]but with a lot more work it's a an absolute corker. Now add this upgraded beauty to a MIKE FLOYD PINKY and you now have a piece of kit that could almost rival a major piece of kit change.again the M.F. xpsu is a nice piece of kit [again more so in appearance] but is comprehensively trounced by the PINKY, at a third of the price.yes women will always go for the boutique & ribbons approach & yes we guys do like our hifi to look the part but i have since sold my M.F. xpsu in favour of the PINKY V3, but now i await the arrival of my all new PINKY V3i. Maybe Mike should go the full hog and make a x10v3 encapsulated in the same housing [all be it slightly larger for the tubes]to match the aesthetics of the pinky v3i...hmmmm  how would they look together on a rack in black?!!! |

The only X-series in my life are women  - and none of them ran off DC (or even to DC)  Good thing I won't win - I would have to by a Mystical Fiddlety product to go with it. Me: "It's not an amp, it's a thing to power an amp!"

Me: "So choose another one"

And now... I'm back to my confusion... deciding which amp should I get.
