Hi lads,
Since I found this site my V2 got a completely new life...
Now, on to experimentation thing: before I stuff myself with loads of different capacitors - from your experience - what are the biggest dimensions of capacitors that can "fit" the upper PSU board of V2?
Can 10x of something like D 16,5 mm x L 32 mm (grid 7,5 mm) fit?
Thanks,
V3

Thanks, V3 Hi faudrei, 35mm caps are tops in the height department. 10 x 16.5mm will be a tight squeeze but it's perfectly doable and you may have to do a bit of funky angling in places (not dancing with a rod in your hand ) Mike.

What about 4 x 100uF capacitors on lower board - can their capacitance be safely increased to, f.e. 150uF (25V-35V)? Anyone played with them before?
Thanks
