polysterene bypass capacitors

Hi guys, its been a lazy sunday today and I decided to pop into the local dick smith electronics store for a look at the new xbox 360 and to have a poke around, I had a quick play on the xbox and felt like a 10 year old (I have one as an excuse though)
While I was there I found that they stocked some polysterene capacitors that I didnt know they stocked, I was thinking about using them in the xcan to bypass the input and output caps, they are already bypassed with 220nf polycaps, but thinking of bypassing the poly caps with these ? not sure of what pf value or how much of a subtle diff they will make though.
