...just in case they get a bit snarly.Considering they mostly look like this and also considering our Pink floyd is a city boy I'm thinking a little extra protection may be in order for those cases where he gets caught out in the "great wide open" unarmed. So with no more blathering from me,here is the link www.scotthelmke.com/chainmail.htmlwith neighbors like this : "I'm gonna git you boy and make you squeal like a bitch !" I don't think I'd be taking any chances 8-)f

he's actually quite friendly Rick He was over when I was cutting some branches down and didn't mind me patting him on the head, I'm not too sure I'd want to be in the same field as him just in case he fancied ramming me but, as an "over the fence" guys he's pretty docile. Haven't seen him for a couple of days, the sheep are back in that field, I think the farmer rotates the animals into different fields every few days. The Collie is always running about herding up the sheep and they get marched off somewhere else only to return a few days later. It's a herd of "mothers" all their lambs have been slaughtered which I found quite sickening but that's the way of the countryside I suppose.

News is the bull is residing in another field at the moment. The field he was in is now occupied by some fancy looking sheep.... the farmer washed them, clipped them and then sprayed them a nice shade of mustard ready for them to go to market on Friday. They're not going to be "eaten" these are breeding sheep and he reckons some of them will fetch over £2,000 "each". Nice little earner <looks at garden and wonders how many sheep can be crammed in>
