Welcome. There was a section here specific to WNA that was removed.Maybe there is an archive floating around here somewhere if I can dig it out with the content so you can read the old build threads, maybe get some tips/ideas

Hi Southpaw,
I thought that WNA had stopped trading, I think Fritz was looking for a WNA MkIII board, where did you get it?

Hi Xerxes, i heard the same thing about Dr WNA closing up and that's what made me buy it. Found it on ebay whilst looking for a x-can v2 and thought it might be more fun. The guy already had a mk2 and for some reason didn't fancy building the mk3. If I can get it working i'll be a happy chap. Ive wired a plug before and built a crossover so I think given a few months I might just make it.

Should be no problem, I was in the same position before I started reading and posting on this forum. Now 6 months later I have built an electricity generator that runs on pond water and a time machine. OK, so most all of that is a lie, but I have picked up a fair bit useful information and have worked out one end of a soldering iron from the other. Top tip: hold the cold end.

You can get the Welwyn RC55Y resistors and the Evox Rifa capacitors that WNA used in the assembled amps at RS Components. Update, I missread that, I thought you asked where you could get them. In any case, I suppose ultimately, no two makes of resistors will sound identical, but how different they will sound and which is "better" is a whole different question.

Hi Southpaw,
Welcome aboard! First please be VERY careful when populating the rail splitters in the MKlll. The manual says "fit one LM6171 in each rail splitter"
DON'T!! Just fit one in either of the splitters otherwise you'll take out most of the transistors in the splitters. They are both battling for ground so just fit the one!!!
Do you have a manual? If not I can photocopy mine and send you it and also write up the additional stuff about the rail splitter "bug" Well, it's not really a bug just David (so he says) forgot to mention it in the manual.....
Any questions just ask.
All the best.
Mike.

thanks Pinkfloyd, I was looking for somewhere that sold all the parts I need. The guy who sold me the board said he was sending the manual but it hasn't turned up yet - he sent me a copy in word, is there anything more in the hard copy?
