I currently have a NAD T753 (modded with panasonic FC's of course). However its away at the moment as It was not picking up the Digital Coaxial signal and switching to dolby digital for movies. However while it's away getting repaired , I've been thinking of maybe changing as I've had it for nearly 2 years. I have looked at the Yamaha RXV1700 or the Denon 2807. I quite like the look of the Yamaha. I must admit that I have never taken a great interest in the Yamaha gear as for music its a little bright, but I have the lovely musical fidelity amplifier to biamp thru the front preouts of the reciever so music will still sound just fine... Whats your thoughts ? I have also always liked the Denon recievers and what Hifi always gives them good reviews. I surpose that I should try and find something that matches a simular sonic signature as my Musical fidelity, after all my reciever will control the centre, rear and subwoofer channels and the MF the front left and right speakers. Not that there is anything wrong with the sound of the NAD, its maybe just time for a change of some gear... again
