X Can 2 output impedance

Hi Guys
I’ve a modded X-Can 2 by Mike which I asked to be neutral sounding and sounds great. They are designed for high impedance headphones which I guess means
means the amp must have a low impedance out which doesn’t colour the headphones. Could anyone explain if that’s true and how it works compared to the stock X-Can 2?
