Does anyone know of any cheapish CD players with 2 sets of analogue outputs.
I know the naim cd5i has din and phono but I was after something a bit cheaper....

my LUA Cantilena/Yolida has two analog outs.
But that is nothing alse than an internal splitter. dual RCA left and right are fed from the same source.
Do you want one for headphone amp and one for speaker amp? Some headphone amps have also an 'internal splitter'. one left/right pair enters the amp circuit the other one is connected to a pair of 'output' RCAs.

I wanted to have two outputs as well - one for my Headphone Amp and one for my main stereo Speaker amplifier. In the end I got myself a DAC. I now send the digital output from my CD player to the DAC which goes to my main stereo speaker amp. This then frees up the CD Players RCA analogue outputs to link to my Headphone Amp.
My DAC was pretty cheap the Cambridge Audio Dacmagic (described by Hi-Fi World recently as the bargain of the century!) - I got it second hand for £50 on eBay. Pair this with a decent CD Player with digital output and away you go!

Yup, same on this end. Sort of. I just received my Tentlabs XO3 clock www.tentlabs.com that creates a highly accurate ('they' say...) timing signal for the CD player and being the XO3 it also creates a highly accurate (...) SPDIF signal that can either be fed to the normal RCA SPDIF out or to an extra output connector. That's what I'll do. I have some 75Ohm (or so) cable sitting here with the according BNC connectors. S'posed to be better than RCA. Still waiting for my DDDAC to arrive. I hope it is still in transit somewhere on a container along the west african coast ;D Not sure what I will use to feed my headphone amp though. If I like the DAC output better than the tube output stage of my CDP I need to split the signal somewhere or plug the speaker amp into the RCAs of the tube output stage of the CDP. Something for later though. I also have a strange 'DJ'CDP with pitch control and a big array of ugly switches sitting with a friend in Germany that I've got from ebay for a bit less than €9. Features a CD Pro drive (older one I guess) with I2S output. Not shure whether it is working or not. Could be nice with the DAC since I can get around the SPDIF signal entirely. I try to accumulate some more stuff at my friends place so the shipping cost is justified - somewhat... So it might be some time untill I can check that thing out.
