Hi, couldn't see an 'Intoduce yourself' section so this is my 'Hi' bit. A poorly informed music lover of the 'i don't know music but I know what I like' variety.
I have an X Pre currently driving an integrated amp and Kef C20s, the X-A50s and Celstion Dittons had to go unfortunately. I'm currently in much smaller accomodation than previously and am quite restricted on playing music so will be using headphones most of the time, an old pair of Grado SR80s, but have no headphone socket. If I pick up a X Cans how do I fit it into the system, do they just go between the X Pre and the amp?

Hi Mike,
Great, got it.
X Can line out to amplifier tape 'record' and amplifier tape 'play' to X Can line in.
I guess that the 'monitor' button will decide whether signal goes to headphones or to speakers.
Thanks

Thanks Correct That's the way I would do it...... source to headphone amp input direct is the best way to do it but not always possible unless it's a dedicated source to headphone amp setup. All the best Mike.
