I wish man,my pockets are not even close to deep enough for what that will go for (probably end up in Japan is my guess) I AM determined though at some point in my life to build a "proper" theater amp on multiple platforms.Probably not quite as big but would make a statement in a home entertainment system and in fact am researching the circuits for booster amps (PP 211,PP845,GM70) that can be driven by another tube amp-the way it was one done by Western electric and RCA in their Theater Amps-which if I build will be a three chassis deal 1-power amp 2-bosster stage 3-booster stage power supply and that will before all is said and done need a cabinet damnm near as big (and cost a LOT !)  |
