So, I got this idea, and hear me out until I have explained my reasoning. As we know, the X10 D PSU provides 12 volts of power to up to four X10 D units. It does this by the use of four separate secondary windings. Having said that, then I would imagine it to be possible to use TWO of these windings to feed power to an X10 V3, as it requires a 24 volt center tapped input. To me, this seems reasonable. What say you?

What say you? Should work O.K. Just make sure that you connect them in series the right way around, so that you read >24V AC between both ends.
