Hello all, recently got one of these great little buffers, and was gifted some E 88 CC type valves (Telefunken and Mullard) both sounded better than the stock, so I looked for some more (NOS of course) anyways, I've won some valves on ebay, paid for them, and now realised one pair is Valvo E 88 C, any tube guru's about to explain the difference and if it would be suitable ?

E88C is just a single triode, the E88CC a double triode.

I'd feel a bit guilty asking for a 73p refund for my mistake, I'll give em to my brother, as he was kind enough to give me the Telefunken tubes.
