Aligning the slots in screw heads.
Align the slots in all screw heads so that the slots are parallel to the earth's surface. ALL screws - screws fastening light switches to the wall, screws fastening AC power sockets to the wall, screws fastening shelves to the wall etc. Listen to some music for a short time and then move any of the screw slots away from being parallel to the earth's surface and see if you can listen to the same music with the same pleasure !!

Plain piece of paper under one of four feet.
Place a plain piece of paper under any ONE of the four feet of a piece of equipment. This applies to any piece of equipment, even if it is not an item of audio equipment. Listen to some music for a short time, then remove the piece of paper and see if you can listen to the same music with the same pleasure - without the plain piece of paper in position !!
<runs to get a ream of paper>

JC! Is this raving lunatic still around?
Tie your cables in special knots, screwheads, bits of paper, flip your lp three times, in reverse rotation to the planet, while clicking your ruby slippers?
Don't forget to repaint your listening room with the paint back to front! All logical, sensible stuff.
As soon as I can get the padding off my walls and remove the bars from the window, I'll be sure implement all his recommendations.
Trouble is, my jacket sleeves are too long and buckle up behind my back......

He has a mix of both sensible and senseless.
Anything that effects the listening enviroment, the equipment involved or the listener is obviously going to impact on the music in said enviroment. This is nothing new and proven.
Mr Belt seems to cross past the grey area where the listener WANTS to perceive a difference/improvement after performing any of his less obvious suggestions.
I have in the past, attended one of his demonstrations, leaving very unimpressed.
Just like a good evangilist there has to be a healthy dollop of truth in order for people to accept anything outside proven norms.
IMO if you give your ears a good clean, relax and settle down with your favourite tipple, you will acheive a much greater improvement to your listening experience than any of PB's more obscure "teachings" can.

new one on me! At least it has some reasonable thought process. I lwould love to see the insides (or rather someone knowledgable see) ! One point of doubt is that they claim "each unit ia individually tuned"... to what? There are so many sources of mains noise, of different types and don't forget the different voltages and cycles around the world. Would they be able to provide one tuned to my particular mains noise, not to mention my supply that, rated at 220v, rarely fulfils this, I've measured it as low 185v. With all the shifts that causes to current etc. how could this thing cope? I fear it may become just an erratic flashing nightlight. End of ramble. More info. here psaudio.com/products/noiseharvester_overview.asp

Miguel and other members.
Just skimming through, when I noticed the above line. This item was thoroughly debunked in Silicon Chip for what is is several months ago. It is a Peter Belt type invention, that flashes a LED with mains pulse interference. (simplified) It does NOT do what it is claimed to do! It is just like all the other simple concoctions aimed at gullible people after a quick fix to all the world's problems ! People like Peter Belt, and the designer/promoter of this rubbish should all rot in the same jail cell as Russ Andrews!

Let's hope that you don't try and sell them to those assholes that you work with ! Otherwise you may zoom past Rick down that long highway, being chased by a pack of assholes.
