Excellent job there! these are nice amps, the JLH was one of the first diy kit amps I built

Only one word for it.... SUPERB! Nice work man I, like Leo, have experience of the JLH and, yep, it's a half decent design.... It was one of my first ever "dabblings" into the head-amp pond and I still have fond memories of it. The metalwork is awesome man..... do you sell these enclosures without the JLH boards? I would be interested in buying a few of the enclosures. All the best, Mike.

Nice build there, 007james.
Is the volco remote control? And that looks like a telemeqanique push button, latching the mains?
I'd be interested to know what you use this a pre-amp for as well, especially if it's built as well.

Hello
You are correct about the push button, I made a latching / unlatching circuit for the mains via a power relay. The volume control is remote .. thanks to all for the kinds words. I am making 2 matching mosfet power amps that will be used with this preamp. I will put some photos up when they have been completed. The remote control was purchased from Altronics, as a kit ... it works really well. all the best

Nick,
That's a very professional looking job you've done there. Rally superb - in fact it looks like you are running a business to sell these things.
The JLH is a very well respected design, good choice.

Hi
The enclosures come from hifi2000 but the feet I make myself (I get them made to my own design). Also I have a chassis plate that is laser cut so you can hide all the connecting cables and also have no bolt heads etc showing underneath. I try to make my projects look as professional as possible to the highest standard that I can acheive.
regards
Nick
