cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=9712156899I doubt the venerable "Dynaco" name is being used with permission but considering the source it does not surprise me one bit. This type of "ID Theft" (if such is the case here and i think it is) will only continue as long as "audiophiles" demand cheap gear that can only be supplied by the Chinese who make up the rules as they go. They recognise NO patents,NO intellectual property rights,NO copyrights and NO rules that bind civilised commerce globally and it is the fault of everyone who is pumping the money into mainland China to shave a dime off the retail cost. ebayimg.com/01/i/06/d4/af/f3_12.JPG[/img]

Well they do say immitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Apple are a fairly letigeous bunch, I don't imagine it will go unnoticed for long. Having said that Apple's "styling" of many of its products is so minimalist that in some ways if you develop a similar procuct it's hard to avoid. Basically if you produce an MP3 player in a black or white in a flat oblong case with radiused corners and a screen you're pretty much there. If the colours black, white and readiused corners were copyrightable it would cause problems for an awful lot of manufactures. My refrigerator would fall fowl of that one.
