www.powermanagementdesignline.com/showArticle.jhtml?articleID=190302048A matter of time I guess.First identify a problem that really is not there then pass legislation to get some red tape going and new jobs to be filled to ENFORCE those new laws then set up a whole new class of jobs where corruption can enter the equation because we (or I at least !) all know as soon as there is loot to be made in a field regulated by laws you can stick it to the little guy. As proof of this I offer that I have experience in both the former asbestos removal graft scheme and the present lead paint abatement rip-off where only liscensed contractors can do the work, said liscencing no more than paying enough loot out for the papperwork ($1K/year),then holding up the customer with a "pay my price or your dwellng gets condemned, your choice". They have no choice no matter how high the charge if they want to keep their own property suitable for use once identified and listed for an abatement plan so the price can be X10 higher than what would be normal and there is nothing illegal about it. where do all these "toxic" abated materials end up ? Where does your garbage REALLY GO ? And where do you think the above materials will end up once there is an industry set up around being "green" where you have to pay a special guy to get rid of special garbage ? Does anyone REALLY care as long as it is gone from sight ? Methinks Guido is revving up the barge as we speak
