I had a Hot Dog when I was out this afternoon (the first one I've had in over two years) and the woman asked "tomato sauce or mustard?"...... only one answer to that question (IMO).... TOMATO sauce! YMMV, of course, so here is the official Rock Grotto "Hot Dog Sauce" poll. What do you run in your hot dog rig? American Mustard? A touch of French Mustard? Tomato ketchup? A combination of sauces? Discuss your favourite Hot Dog rig here!

OK - here's where I'm qualifed to comment :-)
Hot dogs need ketchup AND American mustard. Although why American mustard is allowed to be called 'mustard' is beyond me. But it does has a place in hot dogs & burgers.
We should not overlook the addition of a generous serving of fried onions. To make this combo perfect it should be augmented by the heady scent of candy floss born aloft by a gentle summer's evening breeze that already carries the DNA of diesel fumes from the generators running the Waltzer, Dodgems and hook-a-duck stalls.

I love Clint but have to disagree with him on that one! Ketchup and dog are made for one another

The picture was as close as I could get as I didn't have a hot dog in stock. This is probably closer.....
