I have a pretty modest system after having to piece meal my last one for life issues that took over.
I just received my Aune T1 DAC/Head Amp. I'd read all the reviews on here and Head-Fi, and every one of them were spot on. This is possibly the best deal going in electronics. I've owned about 5 different DACS and besides my Wyred4Sound Udac, nothing sounded as well as this DAC. I don't have the Udac anymore to compare, but they're pretty close and the T1 can't even go to 192khz, which, IMO, doesn't make that much of a difference to my ears.
I'm running it pretty simple: Qinpu A-6000 MKII, B&W 686's and a Sony DVP 777ES with DIY cables and wires.
I'm running through a lot of my HDtrack downloads and this is a solid DAC right out of the box.
