Not sure if anyone would know about this but I've been asked if its possible to mix the output from a gaming headset's mic with the audio out of an Xbox.
The person asking me is hoping that a passive circuit could be made up to keep things small and not needing a power source so an ordinary mixer won't do.
Any help will be appreciated.

Through a hazy memory I'm picturing a small passive/battery unit that was used for old style camcorders. It enabled adding microphone or music inputs to mix and/or replace the existing sound track. Made by Kam I think.
I may even have one stored away at the back of garage somewhere...

Cool, man, literally! I don't know this. The uncool part is 8A to cool .......... Might as well buy a mini fridge which will have higher cooling for the same current.
