I've tried a really tiny mod on most of my helis and it works quite well.
The canopy for helis is held on by rubber grommets. If you buy a set of grommets and fit them to the ball joint on the swash plate, when you rejoin the servo, it's jammed up against a rubber grommet. This eliminates all loose movement on the swash and makes it behave in a more positive way.
I especially noticed it on the MSRx which feels more positive when you turn and bank and I've also done the same to the 120 sr which is a lot smoother and the MCX amd MCX2.
The joint is still free to move, but it no longer has any slack.
Nice cheap little mod. Heli's not as jerky.
