That second one appears to be in German and the English "button" isn't working for me.

They say it's harder with a chopper than it is with a fixed wing thing.... think about it, in REAL life there are far more chopper crashes so "one" would assume they are either harder to fly or just pretty crap designs that randomly plummet out of the sky without so much as a "brace brace brace... we are about to hit a mountain" type thing. I wonder if you could power them with liquid viagra, they'd stay up a lot longer ...... Ok, I'll get my coat

The MiniX is a seriously good machine Ian... I thought (for the price) it would be pretty naff but it is a little beauty. That first link is excellent and I will deffo be doing the e-flite battery mod... will up the fly time considerably.... I think maybe (when yours arrives) the MiniX deserves it's own thread? Nice and cheap, easy to mod, bullet proof, great fun, easy to fly and can probably be flown in a cupboard it's that small! £13.99 shipped? erm..... same price as a couple of gallons of petrol and will last a lot longer too!

Yep I agree it needs it's own thread. Especially as it arrived last night I'll go start one now.

Has anyone looked into the Silverlit range? The lower models are more toy-like. E.g. 3 channel jobbies with a camera bulit in or little projectiles for shooting the cat ahem, the target provided. Their own site was a tad useless but... with camerawith fire power!ps they are little cheaper in Spain.
