As far as I am concerned, the problem has been solved by using the rabbit's ears and a very low noise MHA. It's not my side of the house, it's my end of the house. It is an unusually long house, not a typical almost square house.

My TV room is where the red "Google" ID is.
The Google photo was taken before I moved there.

Looks like a good queit place you have there! Seriously, the antenna can hardly be noticed from the picture. More or less at the centre of the house.
