Nagaoka MM-30 Cartridge

Hi Guys,
I've just acquired a Nagaoka MM-30 cart new at what I think is a good price. I bought it because I'm happy with my Nagaoka MP110 cart, Nagaoka seem to be getting a growing reputation for their carts, I wanted to try another (upgrade) cart and it seemed a bargain at the time
. I have a Techie SL1210 MkII TT which has a few mods that it will be used on.
I have yet to find much information on the web about this cart (but what I have read has been all good) and wondered if anyone had any direct experience or knowledge of this cart and how to get the best out of it.
Anything to pass on?
