Found these guys on youtube, and even though it's not quite BBQ weather here in the UK, it's sure to be somewhere else.
I quite like their good 'ol boys style, and some interesting recipes/ways of cooking. Some of the food is heart attack material, but still, some interesting stuff. They even have some non-meat recipes!

That is awesome!!! Nice find, Will!! I'd like to try that this year - always the challenge getting the indirect on the Weber to work. Either too cold or cremation hot.

We made the Xmas duck in the weber grill, so it can be used all year long, I have no problems at all with the heat. You regulate the temeprature with the opening in the top and buttom, use one of those electronic thermometer, to messure, piece of cake

Now that's what I am missing - a grill thermometer! That makes two of us, fancy a group buy? My BBQ is like a rectangular version of the weber, with inlets at top and bottom, so quite fancy trying something a bit more than 'burgers and sausages' with it. I reckon on beer can chicken for first try.

Beer butt chicken - Oz and Hugh did that one on their recent show. I'll have a hunt around for a grill thermometer and see what comes up...
Edit: How about this from Home Depot??
Bayou Classic 12 In. Stainless Steel Thermometer
Model # 5025
Internet # 100023574
Edit 2: Looks like it's for a gas BBQ. Doh!

Doh! you can just use the same as you use in your regular oven, mine is with a metalrod/wire and a kontrolthingy it works fine and costs pennies, the original Weber ones are quite expensive.. This is how mine looks something like 20£ i think
