Pringles "original" are not so bad IMO. Really bad are those Pringles with artificial flavours. As mentioned before I don't eat crisps often. But when I do, no-frills salted crisps do the job. We have a lot of other crisps available in Switzerland. I'm sure they have also the appropriate crisps for you. Zweifel is the most important crisps manufacturer. I'm sure they have chips that match your taste. Their website is bad though. www.zweifel.ch/Next time I'm sending a parcel to you, I will add some really fat and good crisps for you.

Probably it's the best if we wait for the next time I'm sending you a parcel anyway (maybe together with an amp for modding). At least regarding costs. If you are in a hurry (I feel you are...), then I suggest that I look for good and fat candidates first. After we are sure that those crisps are what you are searching, I can send you a parcel with them. Probably postage cost is a bit prohibitive, but the crisps itself aren't too costly. Regarding fat chips: Migros (it's something like TESCO) had really ordinary fat chips years ago. I wonder if they are still the same. If I want FAT then I go the Swiss way. I'm proud to present Swiss-style FAT: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RacletteIt's especially good in the winter. If you don't know "Raclette" or "Bratkäse", you don't know what cheese is really about. I would send you some Raclette for free if we make a crips parcel anyway, but I doubt that the transport would be optimal (at least at the current temperatures). Perhaps it's better to send some Raclette somewhen in the winter.

Beside the rather high postage costs, I don't need anything for sending crisps. I think I can still afford a couple of crisps.

I'll post these again, as they are worth hunting out if you are in Sheffield, www.yorkshire-crisps.co.uk/wp/?page_id=19 Very tasty. I also like those cooked in olive oil crisps you get in Spain, usually in clear bags, with a hint of salt. They always taste really potato-y. Hendersons? I never knew they did crisps I love the Hendersons Relish sauce

Salt & Vinegar Artasenas (I think it's Sour cream and onion) Paprika Jamon y Queso (cured ham and cheese) Salted Occasionally others, but they never seem to be around for long

Uni of Sheffield always has the Hendersons crisps in it's cafe's

it belongs. i was merely warning him not to eat doritos or any corn based crisp. I can't stand doritos... like eating crispy cardboard..... thank you for the warning "M", I will steer clear of corn based crisps from now on I'm not with you at all on that one Mike - I adore Doritos. But they aren't crisps. I like corn chips in general - especially nachos... tex-mex style with guacamole, sour cream, salsa and chilis - and melted cheese. Ooh... wow. Sorry - off topic. :-)

I liked those.

Mike, I have upgraded in crisps this weekend: This are Zweifel "Nature" crisps (they are only salted). Ingredients: potatoes, sunflower oil (35%), sea salt (1%). They have a lot more taste than the Pringels "Original". I'm eating only seldom crisps and usually I go for no-frills crisps that are only salted. I think the Zweifels have enough fat even for Mike (more than the Pringels of course). IMO fat is spot-on here. BTW: They don't use preserving agents with those crisps. They come with a "freshness guarantee". Zweifel makes also a lot of other tastes and also corn crisps.
