Hi!
Putting in the AC plug with the headphones connected I get a strange noise when the x-can is starting up for a few seconds.
Turning it off I get the same sound, fading out...
Is this normal, or is there someting wrong with my unit? My x-can v3 does not do this, just fades in/out when the plug is inserted / pulled out.
Appreciate any feedback on if this is normal and any proposal on what to possibly repair.
Regards, va2

I get a noise on switch on/off and it's normal. I always take the headphones out when I've finshed listening and don't have the headphones plugged in when i switch on. The V8 does it as well.
MF have designed it to be left on all of the time so you wouldn't hear this. However, if you are able to switch it off via the wonderful Little Pinkie, then you stop it getting hot.
