Hi guys, I'm looking at building a SCHA into an old CDROM drive enclosure to mount inside my pc. I found one of these adapters: www.techno-projekt.de/data-sheets/TechnoProjekt_TP10.pdfThey state being able to output +/-15v at 333ma, which i assume is enough (10 watts), but i had a few questions about this: - Would it still be worth building a JLH, and if so, should i leave in the current limiter? - Ground isn't connected between input and output of this device. I'm assuming this means i should decouple both ground and signal inputs from my source with a capacitor? I have a bunch of 2SA1930's and 2SC5171's on their way, so im looking forward to building it

oohms You would need to use the current limiter in circuit with the supply you mention, as it will not like the heavy start up current. It may also be adviseable to increase the emitter resistors in the CL from 1 ohm to1.5 ohms for the same reason. Alex
