V-DAC breaks in after how many hours of playing? I am cnnected with 75 oms coax. Is It better with optical? Plz share your experiences. Regards. suseendran.

Is It better with optical? susseendran Properly implemented coax is normally better than optical. Optical is normally limited to a maximum resolution of 24 bit 96kHz as well. SandyK

Hi Suseendran,

Welcome to the forum.

Most people find the V-Dac comes on song after a couple of weeks of usage.... just listen to your favourite music, no need to waste money / time on these "burn in discs"... just let it do it's own thing and enjoy the music.
