A bluesy jazzy mood tonight; Albert Collins "Cold Snap" which led to Robert Cray "Flase Accusations" then Jack De Johnette... by which time I had OD'd and put the Satch on

Hi Chris
Nice little session you had there and interesting choices I especially liked the Robert Cray.
Dead good
Made me go and put this on
I was in a more reflective mood this evening so had some of this
My favourite Smashing pumpkins track from my favourite Album
Then I turned a little bit country with some Alison
And this from the Cowboy Junkies
Then I thought wooooo getting to slow
So I finished with this little ditty
Goldfrapp-Train
ahhhh thats better

Hi Alan That’s a really good album It’s a bit experimental and reminds me slightly of Sun RA in places but nice to see someone doing something a little different. Well recorded also Thanks for the above links I’ll be exploring them sooooon ''eclectic mix'' Perfecto Sometimes it’s easy to forget about music when the DIY bug calls but so much nicer when we can sit back and enjoy the fruits of our labour. What it’s all about after all. Take care

Hi Shaun, Funny, no matter what other genres we listen to, we always come back to our comfy favourite in the end Alan, Firstly, a very happy 75th! Way ahead up of us young'uns, blazing a trail That NPR radio was interesting. I've always wondered what a normal wind instrument would sound like if played in the didgeridoo style including circular breathing. Well, wonder no more, here it is with a twist; Colin Stetson

Hey tio, que son fantásticas y mega-popular aquí! They've done covers of Metallica too, amongst others. For original compositions start with and (remember no drummer, plays guitar and beat on guitar body at the same time!) Viva Mexico

Hi Chris
Yes I have the lizard eye album and it's awesome.
I think that they started as a metal band and then stumbled into doing acoustic sets.
Mind-blowingly good guitar playing.
And just two of them
They really rock DA house
Take care

C/J Chris, had a listen to some of that..................... 'New History Warfare Vol. 3: I can see where the Warfare comes from now. It was nearly warfare up here when MGLW politely requested I turn it down I'll keep that one for a day when she is out and the wick can be turned up although it might not do the speakers any good. Regards, Alan
