Nice one. Anyone have some plans to build concrete cabinets for some Tannoy Dual Concentrics? how would you ever MOVE them ? I once built a subwoofer the size of a refridgerator and that weighed in close to 300 lbs.Well guess what, even though it sounded great it took all of ONE move to convince me to come up with a plan "B" because man, those bitches were HEAVY

By the way Mike, the "deed" of moving all related threads into the new forum is actually a snap as I learned by populating the computer forum. All you need do is go to "other equipment" where ALL speaker related threads likely reside then working backwards, that is new to old, click under admin "move thread",choose "speaker forum" then check "no" in the "leave message" box should be relatively painless (as oppopsed to MY actual workout ) due to the scarcity of loudspeaker related threads, something that hopefully will change so once here we don't have to put all that crap back into "other" again

Lost the article and now can't find any reference to it so I can't remember if they cast the enclosures or made a frame out of welding mesh and chicken wire etc then sprayed the concrete over it.
