Aos is one of the good guys and a bud from way back plus I have actually used the boards and was quite pleased with the product.The price is also about as painless as it gets for such a tidy design

I've built a few of these. My only small gripe is the screw holes in corners are tiny, must be about 1.5mm. It's a pain trying to find bolts to fit them. For only $7 a board though, it's hard to go wrong.
If you want to try SMD, look at Peranders boards. Only 150mA output, but has a choice of reference source so you can use a simple 431 shunt regulator if you want to
