Hello all! So were can i get the kit from and what cost is it...i've tried a few google searchs but not muc luck. After something to drive my HD580's Regards Hi Stottie, The WNA website is "way" out of date and none of the headphone amp stuff there relates to the MKll. The complete MKll kit costs £160 and that includes everything you need to make the amp apart from solder and tools. WNA offer a build service and a fully built, ready to go amp, will set you back £210. I wish David White would get around to updating the site, it would save him having to answer the same question over and over again and it would save me answering all these "how much it is?" "what does it look like?" queries So, £160 buys you the kit which comes with everything you need (PSU, Welwyn RC55Y resistors, ALPS RK27 potentiometer, Gold plated phono sockets, LM6181 opamps etc. etc.) It really is a great little amp and for the money nothing comes remotely close to it. Contact David White at david.white38@ntlworld.com or ring him on 0141 942 2460 for full details. All the best and welcome aboard Mike. [/quote]

Hi all, I did not have a wna - but I study some pics and know as the schema works My question - run the OP output driver in class A mode? If not - one way is to put a constant current device from pin 6 to V- or the second way is to use different constant current devices (I1, I2) in the discrete class A output driver.
